For a long time, we have been looking for a gaming-interaction platform that would be constantly available and integrated into our internal products for all our employees to use. Thanks to the rapid support of the GUUL team, we integrated the Guul Gamespace solution into our HR application. We believe that the virtual playground we offer to our employees will increase the sense of community and bring our remote teams closer.

We transformed the long-running Yıldız Cup, which has been organized for many years, into the Global Yıldız Cup on a global scale through digital gaming, using the GUUL Event HUB solution. With language support, customized game integrations, and live support services available for our colleagues worldwide, we centralized our event management and provided an exceptional experience. Across three distinct occasions, we hosted enjoyable activities for over 6000 colleagues, spanning the globe.

For our comprehensive tournament event featuring over 1000 Enerjisa employees, and encompassing 14 games, we opted for the GUUL Event HUB solution. Centralizing the entire event for our employees, communications and operational processes were incredibly streamlined and facilitated. Thanks to GUUL Event HUB, we were able to create a flawless employee experience for our internal tournaments. Especially, the live support and customer success service we received throughout the project further strengthened this experience.

As the Akbank family, we wanted to kick off the year 2023 with joy, together with all Akbank employees across Turkey. Gathering with nearly 6,000 of our colleagues, we joined together in GUUL's New Year's Special Bingo game. With special live broadcasts and prizes, we’ve had the chance to offer Akbank employees a flawless experience thanks to GUUL's robust infrastructure and powerful technology.

As Açık Holding, we’re always looking for innovative solutions to enhance team communication and engagement. Integrating GUUL into our Microsoft Teams workspace has allowed us to introduce a dynamic and engaging experience for our employees. The ability to organize Chess and Backgammon tournaments directly within Teams has not only streamlined the process but also fostered a highly interactive and enjoyable environment. GUUL’s user-friendly platform has helped us strengthen team connections and make better use of the tools we rely on every day.

At Hepsiburada, creating opportunities for our teams to connect and engage is one of our top priorities. As part of our HepsiFun activities, we wrapped up 2024 with a lively Tombola event, which turned out to be a fantastic way to celebrate the end of the year. With over 1,600 participants, the event was filled with excitement, laughter, and a sense of connection. The ability to customize the event to reflect our brand, along with the dedicated support from GUUL’s team, made it a truly special and memorable experience for everyone involved.

We added GUUL Trivia Competitions to our activities to strengthen connections with our employees in a hybrid and branch work environment. Every Friday, the entire MULTI Turkey team comes together for the competitions, enjoying themselves while learning at the same time. By customizing the competitions to align with our corporate identity and adding our personal touch to the questions, we find the opportunity to enhance the experience. Through these trivia competitions, we organize interactive and entertaining events that our team eagerly looks forward to each week.
